Contact
Three sorts of question, three different places to send them.
Orders, delivery and refunds
These go to BuyGoods and the manufacturer, not to us. We have no access to order records, cannot see where your parcel is, and cannot give anyone their money back.
Their contact details are on your order confirmation email and the checkout page. Have your order number and the delivery date ready, and if you are thinking about a refund, do it well before day sixty.
Corrections to this site
If we have explained something badly or got a fact wrong, tell us and we will fix it. One thing in particular would help: a clear photo of the ingredient panel from a recently bought bottle would settle the biggest question on this site.

Allergy questions go to the manufacturer
Because the label and the sales page disagree about shellfish, we cannot answer allergy questions and it would be irresponsible to try. Write to the manufacturer and ask for an answer in writing. If your allergy is serious, do not take it until you have one.
See a doctor rather than buying a supplement if
- A joint is hot, red or visibly swollen — especially one joint, especially with a fever
- Morning stiffness lasts more than an hour
- There is joint pain along with a fever, a rash, or unexplained weight loss
- Pain wakes you at night or is there when you are resting
- One joint suddenly hurts a great deal, or you cannot put weight on it
- A child has joint symptoms
Some of these mean inflammatory arthritis, gout or an infection rather than ordinary wear. A joint infection can cause lasting damage within days.
Questions about your medicines
A pharmacist will go through your whole list free of charge in a few minutes. With three ingredients here carrying cautions, that is worth doing before you order rather than after.
Where to Buy, and What to Check First
We would rather you understood the label before spending anything. If you have read the guide and still want to try it, the pricing page lists the current totals, the numbers that do not agree, and the medicines to ask about.
